Trailer for upcoming Hong Kong film "Wine War"

When a world renowned Chinese sommelier residing in France is contacted by his childhood buddy in China to help him auction for a bottle of 1855 vintage wine on behalf of the Chinese government, he agrees without question. Little does he realise he is about to be sucked into an age-old feud between rivalling vineyards and a historical mystery that might shatter the whole oenological industry.

This new Hong Kong action film is the directional debut of actor and singer Leon Lai. So anything seems possible, either in a good or in a bad way. The French setting though, could be a big gain. Let's hope for the best. The cast includes Leon Lai (of course), Zhang Hanyu, David Wang, Du Juan, and Lily Ji.
